Regenera NGO is formed by a human team committed to the sustainable development of people and their communities, who reunite empiric experience in design and commercialization of touristic services, planification, training and development of various technical studies associated with tourism and sustainable development.
Jorge Moller Rivas
Naturalist and touristic entrepreneur with experience in design and commercialization of nature products, facilitation of citizen participation processes and planning of sustainable tourism destinations.
In the 90's was one of the pioneers in developing tourist products of nature in Chile, opening spaces that until that minute were uncertain for the industry. Then, in 2008, start working with Darwin Trail's, a wholesale tour operator specialized in nature travel and local community contact.
Actually, he is board member of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC), the Global Ecotourism Network (GEN) and the Mesoregional Strategic Program "Scenic Route Lakes & Volcanoes".
Leonardo Latorre Melín
Nature Lover, photographer, and diver with professional experience in planning touristic destinations, design of special interest products and facilitation of citizen participation processes.
Professional Tourism-Cultural Administrator of the University of Valparaíso, with studies of Master’s in Management and Innovation of Tourism of Special Interests of the Austral University of Chile, and diploma in Indigenous Public Policies (UAP) and Environmental Management (UCH).
Teacher for Ecotourism career at DUOC Valparaíso.
Professional Biologist in Natural Resources Administration of the Catholic University of Temuco, with a Diploma in Intercultural Mediation. Dedicated to work with indigenous communities, facilitating processes that collaborate with the quality of life of the inhabitants and contribute to generate sustainable and community tourism proposals, promoting the conservation of natural resources in different touristic destinations.
Lover of simple experiences that combine interactions with nature, culture, and its people. The construction of strategies that value these elements is the basis of the conservation of territories, through conscious tourism as a tool.
